Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Karāchi. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers to promote the company’s solar products and services. Daily tasks include explaining product details, answering questions, addressing customer needs, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of customer interaction and performing follow-ups as needed to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills are required to effectively address client needs and maintain positive relationships.Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to ensure professional and effective interactions with clients and team members.Proven ability in Sales and persuasive techniques to generate leads, close deals, and meet sales targets.An ability to provide Training and share knowledge with customers to guide them on solar solutions effectively.Organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities to efficiently handle daily responsibilities.Familiarity with solar energy systems or a related field is an advantage.Prior experience in telesales or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
