Job SummaryThe Sales Manager will be responsible for expanding the company’s hotel network by identifying, approaching, and onboarding accommodation partners across Pakistan. This role involves extensive travel to major cities and regional areas to build strong relationships with hotel owners and management, ensure compliance with partnership requirements, and support hotels through the onboarding and integration processes. The ideal candidate is proactive, target-driven, and skilled at building trust and long-term partnerships.Key Responsibilities1. Hotel Acquisition & OnboardingIdentify potential hotel partners in key cities and tourist destinations across Pakistan.Conduct on-site visits to present the company’s services, negotiate terms, and close partnership agreements.Guide hotels through the full onboarding process, including documentation, pricing setup, system integration, and listing activation.2. Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong, productive relationships with hotel owners, general managers, and sales teams.Provide ongoing support to partners to ensure they meet quality standards and performance expectations.Resolve partner issues promptly while ensuring high satisfaction and sustained collaboration.3. Market Research & Growth StrategyMonitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demand to identify new opportunities.Provide feedback to internal teams on product improvements and market needs.Develop and execute regional growth plans to maximize hotel coverage and revenue potential.
