Lead Generation Agent - German Mercatus Outsourcing is an international BPO & ITO service and solution provider based in Sofia. We specialize in providing multilingual customer and technical support, data entry, IT support, B2B lead generation, revenue growth, IT staffing, and software outsourcing services. As an end-to-end B2B sales & marketing agency, our aim is to connect leading brands with their potential customers worldwide.We are looking for a Lead Generation Agent that will play a crucial role in our partner's growing business. You will guide startups through the sales journey by presenting individual solutions and addressing their challenges.Key Responsibilities:•Actively approach new customers by phone & email (outbound calls) & on LinkedIn•Be able to identify and qualify new potential customers and manage to recognize their challenges and needs•Independently build a pipeline with optimization of our sales processes and customer communication •Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system•Weekly meeting with the client for project tracking purposes and feedback•Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for outbound activities Qualifications:•C2 German Fluent - both verbal and literate•Intermediate English•An interest in dealing with demanding and international customers•Experience in B2B sales minimum 1- 2 years•Customer orientation and business communication skills•Organizational skills•Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment What we offer:• Attractive remuneration package• Possibility to work in a hybrid environment• Further professional development in the constantly growing industry• Food vouchers• Multisport card• Health insurance• Working with international clients and projectsIf you consider that you suit the offered position, please send us your cv.
