In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales pipeline, using advanced tools and platforms to identify, research, and extract high-quality leads for our estimation services. If you have a knack for research and an understanding of the construction industry, this is the perfect role for you.✅ Key Responsibilities:Extract and compile targeted lists of potential clients (General Contractors, Subcontractors, Project Managers, and Construction Firms) from platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, and other relevant databases.Conduct in-depth research to identify key decision-makers and their contact information within the US construction market.Qualify leads based on company size, project type, location, and potential need for estimation services.Ensure all lead data is accurately entered and maintained in our CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).Work closely with the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.Continuously refine and improve lead generation strategies and sourcing techniques to maximize efficiency.🔧 Requirements:Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, data mining, or market research.Proven experience using lead generation tools like Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, or similar platforms is a must.Candidates with experience in the construction industry, especially in estimation or project management, will be given strong preference.Strong analytical and research skills with a keen eye for detail.Excellent English communication skills (written).Ability to work independently and meet daily targets in a fast-paced, on-site environment.Must be comfortable working the night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM) to align with US business hours.🌟 We Offer:Competitive base salary with performance-based bonuses.Saturday & Sunday off for a healthy work-life balance.Ongoing training on the latest lead generation tools and techniques.A modern, professional, and supportive work environment in Johar Town.Night shift allowance and company-supported transport.📞 How to Apply:Ready to generate the future of construction?
