Senior Graphic Designer (US Medical Billing / Healthcare)

Location: Onsite – LahoreTimings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift)Industry: US Medical Billing / HealthcareExperience: 5+ years Key Responsibilities:Conceptualize, design, and execute visually engaging materials for digital and print media, including social media posts, website assets, marketing collateral, brochures, presentations, and email campaigns.Work independently to produce high-quality creative content that communicates complex healthcare topics effectively.Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure all designs align with company goals and branding guidelines.Bring fresh, creative ideas to enhance our visual identity and support brand storytelling.Develop infographics, illustrations, and motion graphics for better audience engagement.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Maintain consistency in visual design and messaging across all channels.Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall creative direction of the brand.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field.5+ years of professional experience in graphic design (experience in the healthcare or US-based B2B industry is a plus).Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, originality, and independent design execution.Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD, etc.).Ability to develop creative concepts and compelling visual content with minimal supervision.Should have the ability to work with minimum instructions/supervision.Solid understanding of branding, layout, typography, and color theory.Excellent time management, communication, and collaboration skills.
