Role Description This is a full-time on-site Lead Product Designer role located in Lahore. The Lead Product Designer will be responsible for envisioning and delivering high-quality product designs, leading user experience research, conducting usability testing, and implementing design thinking principles across projects. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, provide creative direction, and drive design strategies aligned with business goals. Qualifications Expertise in Visual Design and strong knowledge of Product Design principlesProficiency in Design Thinking methodologies and skills in User ResearchExperience conducting UX Research and usability testing to optimize user experiencesStrong communication and collaboration skills to guide and coordinate multidisciplinary teamsBachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related fieldProficiency in industry-standard design tools and softwareExperience in FinTech or similar industries is a plusA portfolio demonstrating innovative and user-centric design solutions
