About The RoleYou'll be the intelligence engine behind our sales efforts, conducting deep research to uncover companies and decision-makers who need what we offer. This role is perfect for someone who loves the detective work of lead generation, takes pride in data accuracy, and thrives in building organized systems that drive revenue.What You'll DoResearch & Identify: Conduct detailed research to identify companies and contacts that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)Build & Segment: Create and organize lead lists for various sales and marketing campaigns, segmented by relevant criteriaContact Discovery: Find accurate contact information including email addresses, phone numbers, and LinkedIn profiles for key decision-makersData Quality: Diligently verify and clean data to ensure the highest level of accuracy and completenessCRM Management: Maintain and update records within our CRM system, keeping information current and actionableSales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to understand their targeting needs and continuously refine list criteriaRequired SkillsSelf-motivated work ethic - you take ownership and hold yourself accountable without needing constant supervisionResourcefulness - you think critically to overcome research challenges and find creative solutions to blockers independentlyMeticulous attention to detail - you're committed to data accuracy and take pride in getting things rightRemote work capability - you work effectively in an autonomous environment and manage your time wellSchedule flexibility - able to maintain at least 4 hours of overlap with US Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours, preferably in the latter half of the workday (e.g., 1 PM - 5 PM EST)Strong English communication - excellent written and verbal English skills for professional correspondenceReliable setup - a dependable computer and stable, high-speed internet connectionNice to HaveFamiliarity with CRM software, specifically HubSpotPrevious experience in a list-building, lead generation, or data research roleExperience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or other data enrichment platformsUnderstanding of B2B sales processes and buyer personasWhat We ValueAccuracy over speed - we'd rather have 100 perfect records than 1,000 questionable onesInitiative - you proactively identify better ways to find and qualify leadsCuriosity - you dig deeper to understand what makes a prospect truly qualifiedReliability - you show up consistently and deliver what you commit toCollaboration - you actively communicate with the team to improve targeting and outcomesLocation & CompensationLocation: Remote (Philippines)Rate: $3 USD/hr
