Join us in this role where you’ll lead projects and initiatives in Global Talent from design and planning to implementation and tracking. You’ll also leverage your expertise within equity, diversity, and inclusion to provide advice and find solutions to challenges.Welcome to People & Culture You’ll be part of the Global Talent Development team where you, together with your colleagues, will collaborate in a cross-functional, global team consisting of experts in talent management, leadership, learning and equity, diversity and inclusion to deliver impactful solutions that support our business' strategy. We aim for a culture of continuous learning in a collaborative, caring, and inclusive working environment.You’ll play an important role in:acting as expert in equity, diversity, and inclusion, driving progress, and contributing to other areas as neededdelivering on prioritised projects and initiatives from design and planning to implementation and tracking, ensuring high quality delivery on time and on budgetusing data and insights to solve challenges effectively, while defining and tracking impact measures to ensure our efforts continuously resonate with the needs in our businessengaging effectively with multiple stakeholders and ensuring ongoing connection into the business to ensure maximum relevance and impact of the work.To succeed in the role, you:have strong expertise in equity, diversity, and inclusion, and can translate ambitions into concrete, scalable solutions across the employee lifecycle, e.g. in hiring, performance, promotion, and succession planninghave the ability to use internal data, external benchmarks, and best practice to identify structural barriers, and design equitable processes, policies, and productshave a wish to develop a broad understanding of the culture and talent agendahave strong project management skills so you can lead complex project effectivelyhave a global mindset and strong stakeholder management skills with ability to build effective working relationships and liaise with a broad range of stakeholders.Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points.
