Lead, IT Infrastructure and Operations

ResponsibilitiesManage and monitor IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage) to ensure high availability, reliability, and security.Ensure compliance with IDX security codes and Maybank Group IT policies, including implementation of proper governance and documentation.Lead and guide the IT Infrastructure & Operations team, ensuring operational tasks are completed effectively and aligned with business priorities.Oversee change management, backup, and disaster recovery processes to minimize downtime and ensure data integrity.Support IT and digital projects, ensuring compliance with internal IT standards and smooth transition to BAU operations.Coordinate with regulatory bodies and auditors, addressing findings and ensuring timely resolution of audit issues.Implement and maintain network and system security, including patching, configuration, and monitoring of routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.Prepare operational and compliance reports, providing updates to management and ensuring continuous improvement of infrastructure performance.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.Minimum 9 years of IT experience, including 6 years in network engineering and 4 years in leadership or infrastructure management roles.Strong knowledge of networking (security & wireless), servers, storage, and infrastructure operations.Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, MS SQL Server, routers, switches, and firewalls.Good understanding of Stock Brokerage Trading Systems and IT operations in a securities or financial institution.Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively with senior management, peers, and subordinates, and perform well under pressure.Willingness to provide on-call escalation support and adapt to changing business needs.
