DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Infrastructure Engineer with deep expertise in OpenStack to design, implement, and maintain scalable private cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing private data centers and will play a key role in ensuring infrastructure availability, performance, security, and reliability across the organization.You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of private cloud infrastructure, supporting mission-critical workloads, automating provisioning and monitoring, and troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues.RequirementsStrong hands-on experience with OpenStack deployment and administrationProficient with Linux and Windows systems administration (Ubuntu, CentOS)Experience with virtualization technologies (KVM, HyperV)Understanding of networking concepts (VLANs, SDN, VXLAN, firewalls, routing, load balancing)Experience in scripting and automation (Bash, Python, or similar)Experience using infrastructure-as-code tools (Ansible, Terraform)Strong understanding of storage systems (Ceph, NFS, iSCSI, Swift, etc.)Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)Solid understanding of IT security principles (IAM, TLS, auditing)Knowledge of LDAP, FQDN, DNSKnowledge of Elastic search, PostgresKnowledge of message queues (MQTT or RabbitMq or Kafka)Job responsibilitiesDesign, deploy, and maintain OpenStack-based private cloud infrastructureManage the lifecycle of OpenStack servicesMonitor and optimize system performance, capacity planning, and resource utilizationImplement high-availability and disaster recovery strategiesDevelop and manage infrastructure automation using tools like AnsibleEnsure security and compliance through patching, auditing, and best practicesMaintain hardware infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking in datacentersTroubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related incidents and problemsCollaborate with DevOps, network, and application teams to support cross-functional requirementsWhat we offerCulture of caring.
