Lead Manufacturing Technician

Job DescriptionA Production Line Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a production line, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. This role involves supervising team members, managing production processes, and collaborating with other departments to optimize output.Responsibilities. Supervising Team Members: Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members. Provide on-the-job training and development. Monitor employee performance & PA discussion and address any issues. Maintain a positive and productive work environment. Production Management: Ensure production targets and deadlines are met. Monitor machines, equipment &instrument performance and coordinate maintenance Escalate & highlight the issues in production line & provide the information n& insight from shopfloor to team for problem-solving Maintain accurate production records and reports. Maintain & control the operator working following the standard work Quality Control: Monitor & control products to ensure they meet quality standards. Identify and resolve quality issues. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and procedures. Respond to safety incidents and accidents. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products. Coordinate with supply chain to ensure adequate stock. Minimize waste and optimize inventory utilization. Collaboration: Communicate effectively with other departments (e.g., engineering, quality control, maintenance).
