该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Field Medical Systems support:Administrator of MSL tools & systems (Veeva CRM, Vault etc.), implication of new modules/changes Field Medical Capability:To Manage onboarding for new MSLs and ensure rapid integration.To assess training needs and to measure training effectiveness.To design and deliver training programs. Business operations & Vendor Management:To provide onsite support to key medical tactics.Support to tactic owners on communication with vendors.To provide feedback to tactic owners and procurement on service evaluation.Support to non-tactic eventsQuality Assurance & ComplianceSupport to Medical Operational Excellence Head on quality control measures, monitoring and risk mitigation programs. Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree and above5 years’ experience and above in MA/MSL function in MNCFluent in English (read, write and speak)Full understanding of medical guidelinesSkills in MS Office Preferred Qualifications:Experience with CRM systemExperience with project management
