Planning & Scheduling Lead – Pharmaceutical Construction Project (Singapore)On behalf of our client, a leading global Project & Cost Management consultancy, we are seeking an experienced Planning & Scheduling Lead to support a major pharmaceutical construction project.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage integrated project schedules (IMS) across engineering, procurement, construction, CQV, and operational readiness.Lead interactive planning sessions and resolve logic conflicts across multi-disciplinary teams.Conduct Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) using Monte Carlo simulations and define schedule contingency/reserve.Align schedules with cost forecasts, procurement strategies, and execution plans.Implement schedule control systems and validate third-party forecasts.Provide monthly schedule performance data, dashboards (e.g., Power BI), and scenario planning.Ensure schedule quality for gate reviews and corporate standards.Support training, data capture, and continuous improvement initiatives.Build automated dashboards and data pipelines from P6/SAP/Unifier.Requirements:Pharmaceutical construction project experience is essentialDegree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.5–8 years’ experienceAdvanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.Experience in resource/cost-loaded schedules, earned value metrics (SPI/CPI), and schedule QRA.Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Experience in CQV and operational readiness planning for biopharma.
