Reporting into the Head of Product & Service Strategy, this role is responsible for designing offerings that are commercially viable, delivery-ready, and aligned with both partner ecosystems and market demand.Operating at the intersection of strategy, product management, and go-to-market execution, the Solutions Strategy Manager will lead the packaging and continuous refinement of Ollion’s service catalogues - spanning professional services, managed services, and platform-based solutions such as Data Pipes. The goal is to create a coherent, scalable portfolio that strengthens Ollion’s differentiation and drives predictable growth.We’re looking for a builder-operator - someone who can think strategically and execute tactically. The ideal candidate is a hands-on innovator, able to challenge conventional thinking and craft original, pragmatic solutions rather than simply replaying a traditional consulting playbook. This person thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly from concept to action, and brings energy, creativity, and ownership to turning ideas into measurable results. Key ResponsibilitiesOffering Development & Portfolio ManagementDefine, package, and maintain Ollion’s solutions portfolio across Cloud, Data, AI, Managed Services, and Data Pipes.Build business cases, pricing models, and delivery playbooks for each offering, ensuring commercial sustainability and margin visibility.Partner with Practice Leads and Managed Services leadership to embed new capabilities into the offerings roadmap.Establish a regular review cadence to evaluate offering performance, client adoption, and market competitiveness. Go-to-Market EnablementEnable the sales team, marketing function, and alliance partners with clear value propositions, collateral, and training on Ollion’s offerings.Support the design of marketing campaigns and alliance-based routes to market, ensuring consistent positioning across channels.Collaborate with hyperscaler and technology partners (AWS, Microsoft, Google, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.) to align offerings with partner incentives and co-sell programs.Ensure smooth sales-to-delivery handoffs through standardised proposal templates, scope definitions, and commercial governance. Financial & Operational GovernanceDefine and track key performance metrics for each offering - pipeline contribution, win rates, and profitability.Maintain cost-to-serve models and align pricing to utilisation, delivery efficiency, and partner funding mechanisms.Support forecasting and business planning by providing insights into offering performance and market traction.
