We are looking for a Sales Engineer who is driven, disciplined, and confident in developing new business from the ground up. This role is not account management; it’s a hunting role that requires persistence, technical understanding, and strong communication skills.Cold calling, client visits, and follow-ups are core parts of this job. You’ll be responsible for identifying prospects, building relationships, and closing deals in industrial automation.ResponsibilitiesActively generate new leads through cold calls, emails, site visits, and networking.Identify and qualify sales opportunities across manufacturing and industrial sectors.Understand client requirements and propose suitable PLC, HMI, drive, and control solutions.Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and follow through to deal closure.Achieve monthly sales targets.RequirementsDiploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechatronics / Engineering / Business Admin (or similar).Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience in industrial automation or technical B2B products.Proven ability in cold calling and new business development (not account farming).Good understanding of PLCs, drives, SCADA, sensors, and industrial systems.Confident communicator, self-motivated, and results-oriented.What We OfferCompetitive base salary + strong sales incentives.Clear growth path and ongoing technical training.Supportive team with engineering and technical backup.Only candidates with proven sales hunting experience will be considered.
