From marketing and logistics to payments, operations, and customer experience - we bring together the people, technology, and ideas transforming the way business is done online.Whether it’s uncovering new trends, tackling industry challenges, or connecting with game-changers shaping the digital economy - eCommerce Expo Asia is where it all happens.Who We Are Looking ForCloserStill Media (CSM) is expanding our commercial team at eCommerce Expo Asia in Singapore, and we are looking for driven, ambitious sales professionals at two levels:Sales Manager (5+ years’ relevant experience): A motivated and strategic individual who can lead sales performance, manage a small team and drive revenue growth through strong client relationships and innovative sales strategies.Sales Executive (minimum 1–2 years’ experience): An energetic early-career professional eager to learn, build relationships, and contribute directly to revenue generation through proactive client engagement and solution selling.Both roles require individuals with a commercial mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for connecting businesses through world-class exhibitions.The RoleDepending on level, responsibilities include:Sales ManagerDrive daily sales performance and assist senior management in meeting revenue targets.Develop new revenue streams and oversee sponsorship and stand sales.Assist in the rebook process and monitor competitor activity.Coach, train, and support junior sales team members.Sales ExecutiveActively sell exhibition space and sponsorship opportunities to new and existing clients.Achieve and exceed personal sales targets through outbound prospecting and strong relationship management.Support the Sales Manager and Show Manager in maintaining the pipeline and ensuring CRM data accuracy.Attend competitor and industry events for networking and lead generation.About YouIndependent and proactive, with strong ownership of sales targets and pipeline development.Results-driven mindset and a strong desire to exceed sales targets.Consultative in approach, seeking input and alignment early to prevent issues from escalating.Collaborative and accountable, contributing to team goals while delivering individual results.Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn from feedback.Customer-focused with strong organisational and time-management abilities.Familiar with the full sales cycle and comfortable engaging prospects at different stages.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Proficient in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office.For the Sales Manager: prior experience managing a small sales team and delivering revenue strategy, ideally within the B2B events or media industry.For the Sales Executive: 1–2 years of B2B sales or events experience, with an interest in building long-term client relationships.Desired SkillsProficiency in additional languages beyond English and Mandarin Chinese.Diversity And InclusionCloserStill Media embrace diversity in all its forms and are committed to continuing to develop a diverse and inclusive environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.We are an equal opportunity employer.
