Job Description

Purpose:The Lead Process Audit will be responsible for executing the master audit plan, ensuring timely audit completion, and preparing actionable reports. The role involves conducting progress meetings, addressing ongoing challenges, and recommending solutions for process improvement.Key Responsibilities:Assist in developing and administering the master audit plan to ensure effective and timely execution.Conduct surprise, periodic, and IT/MIS audits, preparing detailed findings and solutions for the Head of Process Audit.Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps in performance and collaborating with leadership to create action plans.Perform documentation and financial audits, presenting comprehensive reports with recommendations.Coordinate with departments to set budgets based on financial audits of assets and processes.Follow up with departments to ensure compliance with audit recommendations.Support talent acquisition, training, development, and performance evaluation of the audit team.Qualifications & Experience:CA, ICMA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.3–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing or audit firms.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.Proven managerial experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Gatronova is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
