Lead Product Analyst

Lead Product Analyst will be responsible to support the Product team by researching and providing a clear analysis of product initiatives. You will be our strongest advocate for making data-first decisions. The perfect candidate should have a strong background in team work and using data to drive the decision-making process.About The JobResearch and analysis of the landscape, customers, product metrics, and latest trends to identify and fill product gapsGenerate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth and conversionWork with PMs to write product specs, evaluate pros and cons and conduct what-if scenario analysisConduct product performance evaluations - monitoring key metrics and recommend strategies for optimizationCreate tracking and test plans to ensure metrics are accurate for product deploymentsWork closely with engineering, marketing and operations to translate the impact of product changes into key business metricsLeadership ability to manage a team of analystsAbout YouAt least 3-5 years of experience as a data analyst or product manager or programmer in a startup environmentSolid technical background (SQL is a must, Python preferable) with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software developmentExtremely strong communication skills and comfortable to communicate in EnglishStrong intuition for user behaviorAbility to develop product and marketing strategiesExcellent analytical and problem solving skillsSelf-starter with strong project management skills to follow through on execution.
