Job Description
We are looking for an entrepreneurial Product Lead to drive the launch of our brand-new product development division. This role will focus on product discovery, vision, and execution for early-stage prototypes and MVPs, working closely with a Tech Lead. It’s a rare opportunity to build a “startup within a company” and instill product DNA in an organization with 25+ years of client-service experience.What You’ll DoProduct Vision & StrategyDefine the product roadmap and strategy for prototypes and MVPs.Lead product discovery through customer interviews, market research, and competitor analysis.Translate business problems into product hypotheses, testable prototypes, and market-ready MVPs.Prototyping & ExecutionLeverage AI-assisted tools (Figma AI, Lovable, ChatGPT, MidJourney, Notion AI) to accelerate ideation.Work with the Tech Lead to align product goals with technical feasibility.Prioritize features and manage trade-offs between scope, speed, and quality.Metrics & GrowthEstablish lightweight success metrics (adoption, usability, time-to-value).Monitor usage data and feedback to iterate rapidly.Culture & LeadershipAdvocate for product-first thinking within the company.Coach stakeholders on agile, lean, and experimentation-driven product culture.Collaboration & Continuous ImprovementPartner with cross-functional teams to test, validate, and refine early-stage ideas.Embrace ambiguity and drive clarity through structured product development.Foster a culture of innovation, speed, and data-driven decision making.What You Know8+ years overall, with at least 3–5 years in product development or startup environments.Proven track record in building products in 0→1 environments.Strong expertise in rapid prototyping, lean product development, and agile frameworks.Hands-on familiarity with AI-assisted product workflows.Excellent storytelling and communication skills to bridge technical and business needs.Strong analytical ability with a bias for data-driven decisions.Comfort working in fast-paced, high-ambiguity settings.Nice to HaveExposure to SaaS, enterprise applications, or AI-driven solutions.Experience scaling MVPs into production-grade products.Familiarity with cloud-native ecosystems (AWS, GCP, Azure).EducationBachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred but not mandatory).
