A bank for all of us.We are seeking an innovative, customer centric, data driven Product Manager to work on our Varo Lending Product team.  You will be responsible for delivering key initiatives across our lending products including Varo Advance, Varo Line of Credit and future products that drive customer and business impact.  You will be responsible end to end for these initiatives from performing customer and market research, to designing the product, to developing and implementing the products.  You will be responsible for measuring the success of our products and identifying opportunities to iterate.What you'll be doingOwn one or more of our credit productsDevelop and execute a product roadmap that drives growth and profitabilityResponsible for defining what success of the product means based on KPIs and performanceOwn the performance of key features: optimizing for meeting customer needs in terms of speed, convenience and access, while controlling for operational costs, losses and cost of implementationUse data and customer insights to deliver optimizations, improvements, and drive increased engagementCollaborate effectively with other groups to create solutions, including data science, design, user experience research, risk, operations and marketingWork closely with an agile team that involves design, engineers, marketing, legal and compliance to successfully execute and implement product featuresYou'll bring the following required skills and experiences10 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 8 as a Product ManagerProven track record of designing, building, and launching new lending products that drive customer value and deliver business impactExperience leading a credit product line and a proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer adoptionExperience with product optimization, A/B testing, and customer and data driven decision makingExperience managing front end experience and core functionality of productsWe recognize not everyone will have all of these requirements. Per applicable law, the salary range for this role is $160,000 - $220,000. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors as well as candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the identified range.This role is also eligible for a bonus, equity, and competitive benefits.
