Join us in our mission to empower small businesses and help them save time and money.About The Team:You’ll be joining a global team of Product Managers within our Partner Credit Services (PCS) business area, a group on a mission to help our members get the right credit, enabling them to trade, plan, and grow their business with confidence. The PCS team simplifies access to credit by building seamless, transparent, and scalable lending experiences in partnership with leading lenders.About The Challenge:The first 30 days of a member’s experience are critical to long-term engagement. In this role, your key challenge will be to define what the ideal post-onboarding experience looks like for new members, across different business types.Your Vertical Will Be Responsible For:Identifying and segmenting businesses based on their context and needs.Determining the next best product (NBP) for each segment.Designing journeys that maximize adoption, retention, and LTV.Collaborating with data, marketing, product, and engineering to create and scale smart, automated onboarding experiences.Validating hypotheses and continuously optimizing based on behavioural insights.This is a unique opportunity to own a greenfield domain and shape a product experience that has massive revenue and engagement upside.About The Role:As a Lead Product Manager, you’ll shape the strategy and vision for our credit products, driving innovation and scale across markets. This is a high-ownership role that blends strategic thinking, execution excellence, and cross-functional leadership. You’ll work closely with teams across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Risk, and Partnerships to create a world-class credit experience that meets the evolving needs of business owners globally.As a Lead Product Manager You Will:Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for key product domains within Credit, driving innovation and global scale in collaboration with the Head of Product and leadership team.Lead with deep ownership, from discovery and design through delivery and iteration, ensuring your products deliver tangible user value and measurable business outcomes.Drive new product development across both customer-facing and internal initiatives, from greenfield concepts to optimisation of existing solutions.Design globally scalable solutions, balancing market nuances and regulatory complexity across Tide’s key regionsCollaborate with platform teams to elevate the foundational experience, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with organisational OKRs.Champion cross-functional excellence by partnering with Engineering, Design, Data, Product Marketing, and Partnerships to ship impactful, high-quality experiences.Lead discovery and experimentation, combining qualitative insights and quantitative data to identify opportunities, test hypotheses, and shape the product direction.Communicate with influence; clearly articulating strategy, priorities, and progress to senior stakeholders, inspiring alignment and confidence across the organisation.Be the voice of the customer, ensuring member needs remain central to every decision while advocating for simplicity, transparency, and trust in credit experiences.Mentor and empower Product Managers within the team, helping shape their growth as the Credit group scales globally.Champion product excellence and agility, continuously improving ways of working, decision velocity, and collaboration across teams.What We’re Looking For:This role is for you if you’re a seasoned product professional with a deep understanding of user-first product development, a hypothesis- and data-driven mindset, and a passion for iterative discovery and delivery.You have 10+ years of experience in product management, with hands-on involvement throughout the full product development lifecycle, particularly in iterative product discovery and delivery. You are both strategic and execution-focused, with a proven ability to drive product improvements and deliver measurable results. You enjoy hands-on product management and are excited to contribute to a team that’s scaling, bringing your expertise to build great products. You naturally spot opportunities for improvement in processes, tools, or team workflows and can drive impactful changes with agility.You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and can break down greenfield areas into clear steps, milestones, and actionable plans while remaining flexible to adapt as needed. You are an excellent communicator, able to tailor your messaging to resonate across all levels, including senior leadership, and you are a compelling storyteller in both written and spoken English. You are outcome-driven, focused on creating value for both users and the business, and can confidently pivot strategies to maintain alignment with goals. You are passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences, paying close attention to UX details and ensuring end-to-end solutions meet diverse consumer needs. You can define and track key metrics, combining qualitative and quantitative data to guide decisions and prioritize effectively. You excel in product discovery, confidently driving validation and iteration within both the problem and solution space. You are adept at simplifying complexity, finding innovative solutions to challenging problems and cutting through ambiguity with ease. Ideally, you have experience working on platform or foundational products, and you understand how to scale products across teams and organizations.Bonus: You have experience in startups, scale-ups, global products, or FinTech. Bonus: You bring technical experience or education that enables you to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
