Job Description SummaryProvide project management leadership for High Voltage electrical transmission and distribution projectsObtain customer satisfaction through project execution excellence and actively promoting quality awareness and improvementsDelivery of complete project to agreed schedule within allocated budget, able to multi-task across simultaneous project deliveries, demonstratingeffective reporting, financial control, risk, scope & change managementJob DescriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesProvide Project management leadership for High Voltage Grid Station Turnkey ProjectsResponsible for leading projects through all internal and external processes, and navigate the project life cycleAbility to effectively manage technical teams and suppliers, across multiple large-scale projects and diverse locationsBuild customer loyalty through project execution excellence and actively promote quality awareness and improvementsDelivery of complete project to agreed schedule and budget, able to multi-task across simultaneous project deliveries, demonstrating effective reporting, financial control, risk, scope & change managementEngage at sales bid stage to lead/support the commercial and technical teams, contributing to proposals to ensure that work is assessed, planned, appropriately estimated and a suitable deal is agreed, with appropriate cost and risks identified to maximize marginTranslate customer needs / requirements into detailed project plans while driving internal execution to meet project targetsManage a network of resources (including contractors) in support of project execution.Identify opportunities to expand the project in ways that bring value to our customer and satisfy our profitability requirementsManage the project budget and timeline and ensure the resources are available to complete the project within budget and on time to meet customer obligationsEnsure that delivered products and services achieve highest quality and performance levelsNegotiate change orders with the customersRequired QualificationsPast experience executing a turnkey High Voltage (132kV, 220kV or higher ) Grid station project successfullyB.E/BS in Engineering Discipline. Electrical/Electronics Engineering strongly preferred.Master’s Degree / PMP Certification will be a plus.5+ years of overall experience in project management of High Voltage Transmission and Distribution systems.Leadership experience managing teams.Proven track record to manage and resolve project issues throughout full project lifecycleDesired CharacteristicsAbility to handle Large scale complex Projects,A team player with Strong Leadership skills, capability to co-ordinate with all stakeholders in the Project.Proven track record to manage and resolve project issues throughout full project lifecycleAbility to develop and execute multiple priorities and approaches to meet timely objectivesEffective and excellent written/verbal communication skillsExcellent computer system skills required for cost and schedule reporting (Primavera, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), etc.Additional InformationRelocation Assistance Provided: No
