We are Kids Inc. We provide Early Years and Afterschool Care services. With an experience of more than 25 years in the childcare industry, we are one of the most established organizations operating geographically all over Ireland. Our goal is to extend children's daily learning by involving them in a wide range of sports and creative programs, with a strict 'No Screen Time' policy. With 5 Creches and Preschool services in Dublin, Kids Inc is also hosting over 70 'Onsite" Breakfast and Afterschool Care programs throughout the country.The lead recruiter plays an integral role in our People Team, spearheading and delivering recruitment strategies for peak hiring periods, improving processes and standards as well as actively hiring top talent into the business.Your role:Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talentCollaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and requirementsManage and support a recruitment CoordinatorOversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboardingCreate and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needsEnsure compliance with all relevant employment laws and Tusla regulationsUtilise various recruitment tools and platforms to source and attract candidatesConduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and qualificationsTrack and report on recruitment metrics and KPIsProcess Garda Vetting applications, conduct background checks, issue offer letters and other documentationUpdate weekly and daily trackers for compliance purposesWhat's in it for you?Education Assistance ProgramCareer Progression OpportunitiesContinuous Professional Development - Inhouse and 3rd Party trainingsBike to work, tax-saver travel & travel expensesStaff Well-Being Program for Mental and Financial Support23 days holidays + 10 Public holidaysEmployee discount on childcare costsHybrid working model upon completion of probation periodYour Profile:Minimum 3 years experience in a fast-paced recruitment role, in-house or agencyStrong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at every level. Proven experience working in a highly process-driven environment. Analytical mindset, confident using data to tell the story and drive decisions. Resilience, organisation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. A real passion for recruitment and the impact it can have in shaping a growing business. CIPD/HR qualification desirableAll successful candidates will need to go through a Garda Vetting check and provide a Valid Police Certificate (applicable to employees who have lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months since over the age of 18).
