Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the recruitment team; develop recruitment strategies to meet company growth.Oversee full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding.Build and maintain a Talent Pipeline for hard-to-fill IT positions.Enhance employer branding through social media and internal engagement activities.Track and report recruitment metrics; suggest process improvements.Requirements:3-5 years recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in management.Strong understanding of IT labor market and technical roles.Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.Proactive, responsible, flexible, and team-oriented.Benefits:Salary up to 35M VND gross, performance bonus, annual raise.Comprehensive health insurance, annual check-ups.Team-building activities, free company clubs (Football, Yoga, Badminton).Friendly, open, and professional work environment with continuous learning.
