Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and driven Sales Manager/Lead to support and optimize key aspects of our supply chain, customer success, and go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure business growth and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Supply Chain & Logistics ManagementEnsure timely availability of inventory across all markets. Coordinate logistics operations to ensure seamless delivery and stock movement. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Customer SuccessLiaise with technical and operations teams to promptly resolve customer issues. Coordinate with product promoters to boost on-ground sales performance.

Sales & Profitability ManagementTrack and maintain positive EBITDA for each sales channel. Recommend strategies for revenue growth and cost optimization. Marketing & Brand BuildingContribute to the development of branding and promotional strategies. Manage digital marketing initiatives to increase product visibility and engagement. Pricing Strategy & Competitive AnalysisBenchmark product pricing against competitors. Recommend data-driven pricing models to ensure market competitiveness and profitability. Skills & CompetenciesStrong analytical and business acumenEffective communicator with the ability to coordinate across teamsKnowledge of supply chain processes and digital marketing toolsSelf-motivated with a growth mindset and problem-solving abilityWillingness to travel across India as needed
