You will play a critical role in architecting, building, and scaling our core platform that powers global employment solutions. This position offers an opportunity to lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable fullstack applications using Node.js, React, and related technologies.Lead end-to-end technical development from architecture design to deployment.Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and data teams to deliver innovative features.Implement best practices in coding, testing, performance, and security.Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical roadmap planning.Participate in code reviews and continuously improve code quality and maintainability.Work in an agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives.Requirements5+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack Engineer.Strong proficiency in Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6+).Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.Solid understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and modern DevOps practices.Excellent problem-solving skills and a product-driven mindset.Proven experience in leading or mentoring engineering teams is a plus.Preferred QualificationsExperience building SaaS or HR-tech products.Exposure to AI-driven or automation-based systems.Understanding of global workforce and HR compliance systems is an advantage.Why Join Edge?Edge is at a pivotal growth stage, giving you the rare opportunity to shape the future of global employment.
