Lead Software Engineer

We are seeking a strategic Engineering Lead to anchor our high-performance product squad. In this role, you will bridge the gap between architectural vision and hands-on execution, leading a talented team of 6 Engineers across Backend, Web, and Mobile.Core Objectives:1. Empowering Technical Leadership Lead, mentor, and elevate a cross-functional team of 6 engineers. You will foster a culture of psychological safety, technical excellence, and continuous growth.2. Architecture & System Design Own the technical roadmap. You will architect scalable solutions using NestJS microservices and drive critical decisions on our Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure.3. Engineering Craftsmanship Champion code quality. You will oversee code reviews and set the standard for clean, maintainable code across our Full Stack ecosystem (Node.js, Next.js, Flutter).4. Operational & Delivery Excellence Partner closely with Product Management to translate complex requirements into executable technical plans, ensuring predictable delivery and agile efficiency.5. Infrastructure & DevOps Strategy Take ownership of our cloud environment. You will streamline our deployment pipelines and ensure the reliability and security of our services on GCP.
