UI/UX Designer

You’ll turn user feedback into actionable design updates, benchmark against global competitors, and collaborate closely with product and engineering. This role works directly with the CTO to ensure design is aligned with our product vision and execution speed.Key Responsibilities:Turn client and internal feedback into high-quality design iterations, ensuring fast fixes for usability issues, bugs, and UI/UX feedback requests.Design high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for sales support, helping validate AI-driven features and accelerating the sales process.Support AI-first product enhancements by designing workflows and interfaces that make AI features intuitive and impactful for users.Conduct competitor benchmarking and R&D experiments to identify new design trends, including AI/UX best practices, and propose improvements.Work directly with the CTO, PM, engineers, and QA to align design with product vision, splitting focus between client projects and continuous improvements.Help embed a design-thinking culture, using AI-enhanced tools and methods to speed up ideation, validation, and iteration.Qualifications:Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in any major; graduates from Computer Science or Design-related disciplines are highly preferred.Minimum 1 year of UI/UX design experience, preferably in SaaS and/or B2B product environments (experience with ERP-like workflows, dashboards, or complex enterprise systems is a strong plus).
