Mō te tūranga | About the Role Join our Digital Engineering team as a Lead Front-End Engineer, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital customer experiences. You’ll lead up to two squads, balancing hands-on engineering with leadership responsibilities. This includes driving experimentation, designing and delivering resilient software, mentoring engineers, and championing continuous improvement.You’ll collaborate with Engineers, Designers, Architects, Principal Engineers, and stakeholders to:Deliver outstanding user-centred digital experiences through innovation and bold experimentationAlign solutions with modern engineering best practicesSupport the technical roadmap and business goals and influence future direction for front-end architectureMinimise technical debt and surface blockers earlyFoster a positive, inclusive, and forward-thinking team cultureThis role is approximately 50% hands-on engineering and 50% team enablement, with flexibility based on squad needs.Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?
