If you're a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a drive to deliver exceptional service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.About The RoleAs the Measurement & Calibration Centre (MCC) Manager, you'll be responsible for setting and executing the strategic direction of our team, aligning with the broader goals of Geotechnics and the T+T Group. You'll lead a talented team, drive innovation, and ensure we continue to deliver exceptional service to our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and inspire the MCC team to deliver high-quality calibration services.Develop and implement strategies to grow our customer base and expand service offerings.Manage day-to-day operations and plan for future growth opportunities.Meet and exceed financial targets.Foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.Identify and implement digital solutions to enhance efficiency and employee experience.Represent MCC on the Geotechnics Management Team.Work in alignment with our Quality Management System and ISO17025 standards.What We're Looking ForPrevious experience preferably in metrology and calibration or other ISO17025 laboratories.Strong leadership and people development skills.Proven ability to manage budgets, projects, and commercial outcomes.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.Technically specialised with a problem-solving mindset.Well-networked and active in industry forums and professional organisations.Work well within a close-knit, collaborative team environment.About UsThe Measurement & Calibration Centre (MCC) is a leading provider of IANZ-endorsed and in-house calibrations, offering a fit-for-purpose, quality service in a timely fashion.
