In this role, you will take ownership of the technical design and implementation of document capture and processing systems, drive process optimization initiatives, and collaborate closely with established lead developers and business stakeholders. You will play a key role in shaping development strategies, defining project scopes, and contributing hands-on to software development.ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and integration of input management solutions using Microsoft .NET technologiesAnalyze, optimize, and implement end-to-end document capture and processing workflowsCollaborate with senior engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders to define technical requirements and development prioritiesEvaluate and integrate capture technologies such as IBM OpenText Capture, Kofax Capture, or ABBYY FlexiCaptureIdentify process improvement opportunities and translate them into actionable development tasksProvide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teamsCommunicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively across technical and non-technical audiencesSupport agile development practices and contribute to continuous improvement within the engineering organizationRequirementsMinimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in input management or document processing systemsProven success in optimizing input processes and implementing efficiency-driven solutionsAt least 5 years of experience in the financial services industry (banking or insurance preferred)Strong proficiency in Microsoft .NET for software development and integrationExperience with IBM OpenText Capture (preferred), Kofax Capture, ABBYY FlexiCapture, or similar technologiesAbility to customize and optimize capture solutions based on organizational needsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvementStrong communication skills and ability to conduct training or knowledge-sharing sessionsProven experience working in agile environments and collaborating effectively within cross-functional teamsSelf-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively with senior technical leadershipWillingness and readiness to travel as required by project or client needs is expected.
