Senior IT Security Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and experienced IT Security Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with the Information Security Manager to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our organization’s information assets. You will play a key part in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security measures to safeguard our systems, networks, and data.Key ResponsibilitiesSecurity OperationsMonitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolutionManage and maintain security tools and technologiesIdentity & Access ManagementAdminister user access controls and permissionsDevelop and maintain identity management processesIncident ResponseSupport incident response activities including investigation, mitigation, and documentationSecurity Infrastructure ManagementManage And Maintain Security Platforms IncludingNDR (Network Detection and Response)PAM (Privileged Access Management)SIEM (Security Information and Event Management)ZTNA (Zero Trust Network Access)IDS/IPS systemsStay informed on emerging threats and implement proactive countermeasuresCollaboration & CommunicationWork cross-functionally to embed security into organizational processesClearly communicate security issues, risks, and recommendations to stakeholdersRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field4+ years of experience in IT, Cyber Security, or Information Security rolesPractical experience managing enterprise security, identity access management, and security for Microsoft, Apple, Android, and Linux environmentsStrong understanding of security standards, frameworks, and best practicesHands-on experience with security tools and technologiesKnowledge of centralized authentication/authorization (AD, Azure AD, M365, Microsoft Endpoint Management / MDM / MAM)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication abilitiesProfessional working proficiency in Lithuanian and EnglishPreferred CertificationsMicrosoft Security or Administrator certificationsCISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, or similar credentialsIf you’re passionate about e-commerce and eager to be part of a company that’s shaping the future of online shopping in the Baltics, Kesko Senukai Digital is the place for you.
