Their experienced team supports the end-to-end implementation of custom IT solutions.Lead Software EngineerAs a Lead Software Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include leading and mentoring your development team, providing technical guidance, and delivering high-quality engineering solutions and custom developments for clients.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the technical direction of projects, deeply understand client needs, and provide accurate estimations and planning for development tasks.Make technology decisions and ensure high-level code quality.Plan delivery and resource allocation to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.Manage and mentor the development team, support career growth and professional development.Maintain active, transparent communication with clients and colleagues while taking on a subject-matter expert role.Support technological innovation, follow and share methodological trends.Participate in application operations tasks.RequirementsUniversity degree in engineering, IT, or economics.At least 6-8 years of professional experience.Experience in enterprise software development.Experience in team leadership and mentoring.Full-stack development background: Java 8+, Java EE, Spring Framework / Spring Boot Angular 4+/PrimeNG, JSF/PrimeFaces, or other frontend technologies PostgreSQL, Flyway, Liquibase WildFly, Tomcat application server configuration Docker containerization CI/CD tools (e.g., Bamboo)Confident English and fluent Hungarian language skills (spoken and written).Analytical mindset and strong system-level thinking.Understanding of software quality methodologies (unit & integration testing, automated testing, code quality control).Client-focused and goal-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.Structured, independent work style with outstanding problem-solving skills.High level of responsibility and a flexible, adaptive attitude.Preferred QualificationsExperience as a Lead Developer on international projects.Our Partner OffersBonus system, cafeteria, Medicare health insurance, Employee Assistance Program.External and internal professional training opportunities (10% of working hours dedicated to learning and development).Support for professional growth through goal-setting and regular evaluations.Diverse portfolio of international and Hungarian enterprise clients and projects across multiple industries.Vibrant community life with regular team-building events.Location: Budapest, District XIII. - hybrid work model (1 office day per week).
