Lead Supervisor – Cleaning Operations

📍 Location: Kuwait | 🕒 Full-Time We are hiring a Business Unit Manager – Operations to lead our hourly cleaning services division. This role is ideal for candidates with strong experience in housekeeping (hospitality) or facility management, who are ready to drive operational excellence, team coordination, and client satisfaction.🔧 Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure service quality and timeliness.Manage staff schedules, workflows, and resource allocation.Train, supervise, and motivate cleaning teams to meet performance goals.Conduct site inspections and address client feedback professionally.Monitor cleaning equipment and supplies for proper use and maintenance.Maintain operational records and report performance metrics.🎯 Qualifications:5–10 years of experience in house cleaning or housekeeping operations (GCC experience preferred).Proven supervisory background in cleaning or facility management.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.💡 Competencies:Detail-oriented with a commitment to operational excellence.Ability to manage multiple teams and tasks efficiently.Flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed.📌 Additional Requirements:Valid residency in Kuwait.Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality roles.Strong background in cleaning operations and team management.
