POSITION TITLE: Lead, Transformation, Dover Business Services REPORTING TO: Manager, TransformationLOCATION: Cebu, PhilippinesSummary DescriptionDBS is seeking a talented leader for our Transformation team. Reporting to the Manager, Transformation, the DBS Transformation Lead is responsible for leading transformation projects and serving as PMO for optimization projects for finance processes and technologies. The role is primarily responsible for collaborating with stakeholders across Dover to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and cost reduction in finance and accounting processes to improve business results and deliver world-class, customer-focused services to Dover’s Operating Companies (OpCos).This role partners with and is responsible for building close working relationship with leaders of DBS, OpCos, and IT. Effectively communicating, partnering, and presenting complex topics to these stakeholders is critical to the success of the role.This highly visible role offers exposure to a broad variety of responsibilities, projects, and complex assignments providing opportunities to collaborate with Dover’s global Finance leaders to grow your career.Key ResponsibilitiesLead successful implementation of transformation initiatives and PMO of optimization projects primarily focused on the Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, and Purchase-to-Pay processesLead successful implementation of assigned projects and report progress to leadership, including benefits realized and escalation of project risksLead execution of transformation, optimization projects, including the accurate and timely design, build, execution, quality assurance and delivery of the project Project Management: Implement project management best practices, templates, etc., monitor dependencies across multiple interrelated projects, gather and report consolidated project status and financial information to leadership, identify project risks and work with the stakeholders to mitigate while communicating with leadershipRelationship building: Engage with key stakeholder groups across Dover as a key business partnerSupport management and communication efforts for projectsConceive and implement improvement opportunities which reduce costs and improve process value. Consistently promote integration of best practices and leading trendsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Financial Information Systems8+ years’ accounting, auditing, and/or financial analysis experience Lean Six Sigma certification (Yellow Belt or higher)Global shared service center experienceStrong project management skills, including managing multiple deliverables simultaneously and demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and accomplish resultsStrong communication skills, including experience working with a highly decentralized matrix organization and influencing others outside of own job area regarding policies, practices and proceduresPrior experience successfully leading transformation projects within a global shared service environmentSelf-directed, positive, strong work ethic, linked to execution, and department visionBuilds and manages collaborative relationshipsDemonstrates strong understanding of finance concepts, accounting processes, and financial systems knowledge Strong analytical skills: able to link financial results to operational performance drivers – and use data to drive decisions and strategic direction Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where limited standardization exists High level of customer focusHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products Highly PreferredWorking knowledge of the following technologies: OneStream, High Radius, Perceptive, Oracle, Power BIManufacturing industry experienceCompany OverviewDover Business Services (DBS) is an independent business-to-business service provider within Dover Corporation.
