About PXAIPXAI (Pixofix AI) is the AI division of Pixofix — a global content optimization and production studio serving fashion, retail, and eCommerce brands. We’re building the next generation of AI-powered visual production infrastructure — transforming how fashion visuals are created, from tech packs to finished campaigns.Our clients include leading global retailers and fashion brands. We combine automation, artistic direction, and scientific realism to produce high-volume, high-impact visuals.The new PXAI website will be the face of this vision — a cinematic, editorial, conversion-optimized experience that reflects our dual DNA: Fashion + Artificial Intelligence.The RoleWe’re looking for an exceptional designer to lead the end-to-end design of the new PXAI website. You’ll translate our creative direction, technical storytelling, and AI-powered services into a world-class digital experience that converts visitors into believers.This is not a generic web design role — you’ll be building a flagship brand interface that merges editorial beauty with technology storytelling.You will collaborate directly with:Our Creative Director (overall brand visual direction)CMO & Marketing team (content and conversion flow)Gen-AI Artists (image generation and visual assets)Webflow Developer (final implementation) What You’ll DoLead the website redesign of PXAI from concept to final delivery (design system, layout, interactions).Create a cinematic, fashion-editorial aesthetic that communicates cutting-edge AI technology with human craft.Translate the PXAI Website Wireframe v6 (approved architecture) into high-fidelity Figma designs.Build a UX flow that aligns with conversion goals (pilot requests, waitlist signups, lead generation).Define visual hierarchy, grid systems, typography scales, color palettes, and motion principles.Collaborate with AI artists to generate, select, and art-direct visuals for key sections (hero sequences, before/after sliders, fabric macros, etc.).Work closely with our CMO to optimize for SEO, user intent, and narrative sequencing.Deliver fully spec’d Figma files and component libraries for Webflow developers.Manage milestones and feedback loops with the marketing and leadership team.Ideal BackgroundWe’re looking for a hybrid — a designer who thinks like a strategist and crafts like an artist.Required Experience:5+ years in web/UI design with proven experience on fashion, luxury, or creative-tech projects.Deep understanding of conversion-driven UX and how storytelling guides user journeys.Portfolio showcasing editorial/fashion websites, AI/creative technology brands, or premium SaaS landing experiences.Strong command of Figma, Webflow collaboration, and motion/interaction design.Experience coordinating between creative, marketing, and dev teams.Excellent visual sensibility: layout, typography, composition, and texture balance.Nice to Have:Exposure to AI art tools (Midjourney, KREA, Magnific, ComfyUI).Familiarity with fashion studio workflows, garment visuals, or CGI.Understanding of technical storytelling (AI pipelines, data, process visualization).Prior experience designing for 3D / fashion tech / creative production studios.Deliverables & TimelineThis is a milestone-based project (approx. 6–8 weeks):Brand & design direction moodboard (Week 1)Homepage concept + DFY Services (Week 2)Full site Figma layout + style guide (Week 3–5)Interaction + motion spec + Webflow developer handoff (Week 6–8)Compensation & CollaborationProject-based engagement with milestone payoutsExceptional pay for exceptional workOption to collaborate long-term with PXAI and Pixofix’s creative ecosystem
