Position Title: People and Culture InternJob OverviewIn the People & Culture (P&C) Team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our organizational efficiency through process improvement, data analysis, and AI implementation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your analytical skills to drive innovation and support the P&C team in delivering excellence across the organization.Main ResponsibilitiesConduct process mapping and design to optimize P&C operationsIdentify and implement simplification opportunities across various P&C functionsIncrease AI usage and implementation within the P&C team and related processesPerform data engineering tasks and conduct in-depth dashboard analysisSupport People Excellence activities through comprehensive data analysisGenerate process improvement insights and prepare related reportsProvide translation and documentation support as neededRequired Qualifications3rd or 4th-year university student, or currently enrolled in a Master's programAdvanced level of English with strong presentation and communication skillsProven collaboration abilities and an agile, proactive mindsetAdvanced proficiency in MS Office and AI tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsWe are seeking a motivated individual who can bring fresh perspectives to our P&C team and contribute to our ongoing efforts to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
