Leapwork Test Automation Architect

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products Be a productive member of the team. Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Test Automation Architect or Lead, including at least 1 year of hands-on experience with the Leapwork tool. 10+ years of overall experience in Quality Assurance (QA) across diverse testing environments. Proven ability to evangelize test automation practices and promote automation culture within client IT organizations. Partner with clients to develop customized automation roadmaps aligned with their business objectives and technical ecosystem. Lead the design, setup, and deployment of scalable, maintainable automation frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines. Hands-on experience in creating, maintaining, and enhancing automation frameworks using tools and languages such as Selenium, Java, Python, or C#. Design and implement end-to-end automated testing solutions for enterprise applications. Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to analyze requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing. Continuously optimize testing processes and adopt best practices to improve automation efficiency. Mentor and guide junior QA engineers in test automation principles, framework design, and tool usage. Additional hands-on experience with other test automation tools (e.g., Selenium) and programming languages (Java, Python, C#) will be considered an added advantage.
