An award-winning success story, inspiring Kiwi to love where they live, work and play with our home improvement, garden and trade offer.Are you systems‑savvy, detail‑obsessed, and passionate about creating exceptional learning experiences?We are on the lookout for a proactive Learning Administrator to join our Capability team and help keep our people programmes running seamlessly across 87 stores and our Support Centre.This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping how our team members learn, grow and thrive.What You’ll Be DoingAs our Learning Administrator, you’ll be the engine room behind the smooth running of all learning programs. Your work ensures every team member gets a great experience with our learning systems and that our programs run efficiently from start to finish.You’ll:Set up and maintain LMS course shells for all storesCoordinate and manage qualifications, Support Centre and store learning programsRespond to system and learning queries within 8 business hoursLead and maintain the Expression of Interest processTrack and process Purchase OrdersSupport Capability leaders with essential administrationContinuously look for ways to improve how we use technology to support learningWhat you’ll bringStrong attention to detail and system‑savvy mindsetConfident communicator who builds great relationshipsAbility to work under pressure and juggle deadlinesComfortable with data and continuous improvementGrowth mindset and a practical, can‑do attitude2–5 years’ experience with HR tech or similar platformsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeWhy you’ll love working with us:We genuinely care about our people, and we’re committed to helping you thrive, at work and outside of it.
