We invite all interested candidates to apply.ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement and monitor the annual training planin alignment with organizational strategyIndependently plan, organize and manage training programs such as onboarding, leadership development and functional skills trainingDevelop and maintain training resources and materials; coordinate both internal and external trainersTrack and evaluate training effectiveness, establish feedback mechanisms and continuously improve training programsSupport talent development initiatives, including competency frameworks, talent pipeline building, and internal trainer certificationPromote a strong learning culture across the organization, and drive adoption of digital learning tools and platformsProvide regular reports and insights on training and development metrics to support business decisionsQualificationsBachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Management, or related fieldsMinimum 3 years of experience in training or Learning & Development, preferably in multinational or large organizationsStrong knowledge of the full training cycle (needs analysis, design, delivery, evaluation)Solid course development and facilitation skills, with the ability to deliver selected training sessionsExcellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skillsStrong analytical skills with the ability to use data to evaluate and improve programsProficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online learning toolsGood command of English (both written and spoken)
