Job DescriptionManaging the end to end learning development process for operation team :Creating the learning development strategy and TNA based on business need / strategy or commercial strategyManaging the team and control the produtivity related to the training implementationEvaluate the training implementation until the impact levelJob RequirementsMin Bachelor's Degree in any field.At least 5 years of working experience in Training & Development for corporate & store team is required for this position.
