Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and organize internal and external learning programs to support employee and leadership development.Manage full-cycle L&D operations — scheduling, vendor coordination, budgeting, logistics, and reporting.Develop learning curricula and materials aligned with business goals and employee needs.Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and learning activities across all levels.Standardize learning frameworks, evaluation tools, and reporting processes.Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness; gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.Support training needs analysis (TNA) through communication, data collection, and administration.Research and curate external learning resources to enhance internal programs.Explore and implement new learning technologies and digital tools.Maintain learning paths aligned with role requirements and career progression.Communicate learning initiatives and upcoming programs across internal channels.Drive culture and value-based projects (e.g., IBMDT culture, behavior initiatives).Lead L&D initiatives such as Coaching Culture, Internal Coach Program, Hackathon, and Internal Trainer Program.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Psychology, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).3–5 years of experience in L&D or Talent Development.Strong skills in facilitation, program design, and project management.Knowledge of LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and modern learning methodologies.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
