Position: Senior Learning & Development ExecutiveLocation: Etown Cong Hoa, Tan Binh DistrictWorking time: Monday – Friday (9am -6pm)Industry: IT/SoftwareBenefits: • 12 Annual Leave• SHUI, Accident insurance, Private Medical Insurance• Completion bonusKey Responsibilities: • Manage operations process for assigned training sessions, ensuring availability of trainers, facilities, and equipment.• Lead options activities for specific scope.• Manage learning experience platform.• Take lead in the development and implementation of training policies, procedures, and guidelines, includes internal process.• Design and maintain Power BI Dashboard and data management flow.• Manage assigned topics as a topic owner to meet the organization's needs and objectives. Special for Compliance and Onboarding topics.• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure training activities will happen smoothly.• Collaborate with external training providers and vendors to enhance training offerings.• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback.• Maintain training records and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.• Manage training resources, including training materials, equipment, and software.• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in training processes.• Design and maintain Power BI Dashboard and data management flow.• Participate actively in ad-hoc Learning & Development projects across the organization.What You Are Good At • At least 3 years of experience in L&D and Training related. Have experience in IT/Software industry will be an advantage.• Excellent communication both in English and Vietnamese, be able to work at all levels, well organized and detail oriented.• Experienced at using Powerpoint, Advance Excel, Power BI, design in Canva, Power App, Power Automate & GenAI.• High level of analytical skills, coupled with decision making• Good negotiation and conflict management skills, pro-activeness, service-excellence mind set, and positive thinking.• Confident, high energy, enthusiastic and passionate.• Strive for continuous improvement, developing people, teamwork, flexible thinking, building relationships.• Need to have experiences with Learning Management SystemContact:Email: dan.huynhthihong@persolapac.comZalo: 0766 899 119 (Ms. Dân)
