Pharmazone is dedicated to shaping the future of pharmaceutical excellence and promoting healthier lives in the community.Job Summary : We are seeking a motivated Learning & Development Specialist responsible for assessing training needs, designing and delivering effective learning programs, and supporting employees’ professional growth. The role focuses on improving performance through targeted training initiatives aligned with company goals.ResponsibilitiesAssess training and development needs using various analysis tools.Analyze and evaluate training and development needs across all departments based on actual performance and KPI results.Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.Design customized development pathways for employees in partnership with the performance development specialist.Design both online and offline training programs and workshops.Develop engaging learning materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning content.Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employees' skills and competencies.Provide coaching and mentoring support to employees to reinforce learning and professional growth.Collect, maintain, and analyze employees' training performance data.Manage the company’s Learning Management System (Talent LMS).Identify and coordinate with external training providers when needed to ensure high-quality learning solutions.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.Ensure training programs align with the company’s strategic goals and business objectives.Prepare regular reports on training outcomes and recommendations for continuous improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, business administration or related field.Certification in Training and Development (e.g., CPLP, ATD) is a plus.Proficient in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.Strong knowledge of instructional design, training methodologies, and learning tools.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to design and deliver both online and offline training programs.Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis for evaluating training effectiveness.Experience:3 to 5 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on employee skill enhancement and professional growth.Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs across various platforms.Experience in coaching, mentoring, and collaborating with department heads and team leaders to identify training needs.
