Motor Winding Technician

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Motor Winding Technician based in Kuwait City. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and rewinding various electric motors and transformers. Daily tasks include disassembling motors, conducting electrical and mechanical inspections, performing repairs, assembling components, and testing the equipment for functionality. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining equipment records and working closely with the maintenance team. Qualifications Experience in motor winding and repair, including disassembly, rewinding, and reassembly of motors and transformers.Electrical knowledge, with skills in troubleshooting, testing, and maintaining electrical equipment.Mechanical skills, including understanding of motor components, tools, and repair techniques.Knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to follow workplace health and safety regulations.High school diploma or technical certification in electrical or mechanical engineering is required; vocational training in motor winding is an advantage.Prior experience in a similar role is highly preferred.Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
