Position: Learning & Development Specialist (Methodologist)Employment type: Full-timeSchedule: 5/2 (8 hours per day)Location: TashkentResponsibilities: • Design and develop learning programs and online courses using iSpring Suite / iSpring Learn • Build course structures, scripts, assessments, case studies, and interactive exercises • Implement and track learning effectiveness metrics (completion rate, feedback, post-tests) • Conduct training needs analysis and collaborate with internal subject matter experts • Ensure content quality and oversee video lesson production • Contribute to systematizing and improving corporate learning processesRequirements: • Higher education (HR, Education, Economics, Psychology, or Management preferred) • 1+ year of experience in L&D or corporate training • Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles • Proficiency in iSpring Suite / iSpring Learn • Excellent organizational and analytical skills • Experience in banking or financial sector is an advantage • Fluency in Uzbek, Russian and EnglishWe offer: • Comfortable and inspiring workplace • Corporate learning and opportunities for development • Participation in transformational L&D projects • Career growth and professional advancement
