Job DescriptionA Learning Business Partner will be responsible for:Learning Assessment, Design And DevelopmentLeads the end to end process in determining learning gaps in the organization through data validation and providing specific outcomes and training recommendations.Designs and develops custom training modules, partners with external training providers, or recommends industry certifications.Apply instructional design principles to create effective learning experiences.Training FacilitationDeliver training sessions using various methods, such as classroom training, virtual instructor-led training, and webinars.Facilitate interactive and engaging learning experiences to promote knowledge retention and skills development.Monitor participant progress, provide feedback, and address questions or concerns during training sessions.Evaluation And Continuous ImprovementConduct training evaluations to measure the effectiveness of learning programs.Analyze training data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing the learning experience.Learning Management System (LMS) AdministrationManage the Learning Management System, including user administration, course creation, content uploading, and reporting.Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure training materials are accurately represented in the LMS.RequirementsBachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources) or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning and Development, with a focus on Learning Management System administration, training design, and facilitation.Familiarity with the banking or fintech industry, its products, services, and regulatory requirements is preferred.Demonstrated experience in instructional design, including needs analysis, learning objectives development, and assessment design.Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) for course administration and content creation.Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
