Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:Leadership Learning Cluster LeadYour Role And Responsibilities (Mandatory)In this role, you will facilitate the corporate leadership learning programs virtually and in person for the Americas cluster. Each day, you will support the employees participating in the Learn, Connect, Grow ecosystem to optimize their learning experience. You will also showcase your expertise by implementing the Learn, Connect, Grow strategy within the Americas region.The work model for the role is: hybrid ResponsibilitiesFacilitate and moderate leadership learning programs (virtual and in-person) for the assigned cluster, ensuring alignment with global frameworks and local contextGuide and coach learners through their development journeys by embedding learning through action learning, peer exchange, coaching, and application activitiesOptimize the learner experience across cohorts by tailoring delivery to reflect local languages, cultures, and business realitiesCreate a high-impact learning environment that supports participants in achieving learning objectives and behaviour changeEnsure timely and accurate program administration, using systems and cross-functional coordination to ensure high-quality learner experienceQualifications For The RoleAt least 5 years in Learning and People developmentSignificant experience facilitating learning programsDemonstrable team management experience (project leadership is also relevant)Well developed data analysis skillsFinely tuned communication and presentation skillsProven stakeholder management in a dynamic environmentProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual delivery platformsProfessional coaching certificate is preferredEnglish language is required.
