Role overviewThe Learning Designer Consultant is responsible for designing, launching, and optimizing scalable learning programs that enable channel partners to sell, implement, and support solutions with confidence. This role combines learning experience design, product management, and program operations to deliver high-impact, data-driven enablement across the global partner ecosystem.Key responsibilities· Design end-to-end partner learning journeys (onboarding, role-based paths, certifications, continuous learning) aligned to workforce capacity and capability goals.· Own the lifecycle of learning products (from discovery and requirements to launch, adoption, and continuous improvement) for partner-facing audiences such as technical sellers, data engineers, and consultants.· Translate business priorities from Partner, Sales, and Field Engineering leadership into clear enablement roadmaps and program backlogs with measurable outcomes.· Collaborate with SMEs, curriculum teams, and marketing to design blended learning solutions (ILT, VILT, e-learning, labs, and certifications) tailored to partner needs and regional nuances.· Manage large-scale enablement initiatives and campaigns (bootcamps, academies, certification drives, partner readiness sprints) across multiple geographies and partner tiers.· Partner with regional Partner Account Managers to co-build enablement plans for strategic partners, including capacity planning and certification targets by role.· Drive operational excellence in program delivery, including intake, scoping, timelines, resourcing, vendor/contractor coordination, scheduling, logistics, and communication.· Implement and optimize LMS and learning tech stack integrations (LMS, partner portals) to ensure frictionless partner access, tracking, and reporting.· Define and track KPIs such as trained partner resources, certification rates, program completion, NPS, ROI, and impact on pipeline and revenue.· Run continuous discovery with partners and internal stakeholders to capture feedback, identify gaps, and prioritize enhancements to content, experience, and delivery models.· Advocate for the partner learner, applying learning experience design principles and GenAI-assisted content production to streamline development and localization.· Produce clear stakeholder communications, including program briefs, enablement calendars, partner playbooks, and executive updates.Required qualifications· 6+ years in Learning & Development, Enablement, Learning Program Management, or related roles in SaaS, data/AI, or cloud ecosystems.· Demonstrated experience building and scaling learning programs for external or partner audiences (e.g., channel, SI, or customer enablement)· Strong background in instructional/learning experience design, including curriculum design, assessment strategies, and blended learning modalities.· Proven program and project management skills (prioritization, road-mapping, risk management, stakeholder alignment) in fast-paced, global environments.· Familiarity with data and AI concepts.· Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and learning tools; comfortable with integrations, workflows, and reporting.· Ability to use data and dashboards to make decisions, segment audiences, and iterate on program design.· Excellent communication skills in English, with experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Partners, Product, Marketing, and Field teams.Preferred qualifications· Experience in partner enablement for hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) or data/AI vendors.· Background in workforce readiness, early-talent, or reskilling programs targeted at underrepresented or emerging communities.· Demonstrated use of GenAI and modern edtech tools to accelerate content creation, localization, simulations, or just-in-time learning assets.· Multilingual (Spanish plus English; additional languages such as Portuguese or French a plus) with experience working across regions.
