Job Title: Sr. Learning DesignerLocation: Complete RemoteDuration: 1 Year Contract Job DescriptionWhat you’ll need to succeed6+ years of experience in instructional design, learning design, education, course development, curriculum design, or LMS administrationExperience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Sana AI, etc.) for content developmentIntermediate skills in prompt engineeringSolid experience leading end-to-end learning or content projects, including juggling multiple initiatives at onceStrong stakeholder management skills, with a track record of working directly with clients and cross-functional teamsExperience running discovery or learning needs analysis and turning insights into clear course designs and plansHigh attention to detail and quality when reviewing learning materialsExperience mentoring or guiding other instructional designers or authorsAbility to track progress, manage risks, and keep projects on timeComfortable managing competing priorities and maintaining high standards under pressureExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishIf bilingual, excellent verbal and written communication skills in your additional languageExcellent technical writing and storytelling abilitiesExcellent project coordination and organization skillsA growth mindset and openness to feedback and iteration
